I did my civic duty and voted. The polling place is just a mile from my house, and the process didn't take long.
I think the chances of my vote affecting any outcome are practically zero, so I've been saying for a while that politics has become like a spectator sport where we all just hope that our team wins. So I showed up to support my team.
