Keynesian Model Is Wrong


There have been numerous studies conducted since the 1970s on the relationship between government spending and GDP and the finding is overwhelming and clear: once government spending rises above about 25 per cent of GDP, for each additional percentage point of GDP the government spends, growth is around 0.1-0.15 per cent lower per year.
