The other day I saw an article saying that if you want to live longer, avoid saturated fat in meat and dairy. Today I also saw an article saying that we should ditch dairy because of the saturated fat. Fair enough. I'm down with that. However, today I see articles, as I have many times, saying that there is no evidence that saturated fat causes heart disease, cholesterol really isn't bad for us, and dairy is good for us.
This frustrates me a little bit.

I will err on the side of caution and buy skim milk, lower my saturated fat intake, and eat more plant-based foods as I am already doing.
